1. The foundation bolt of vibration screening equipment is loose
This is one of the main faults that cause the motor of vibration screening equipment to burn out. The vibration of the motor itself is very easy to loosen. Once the bolt is loose, other bolts will be loose or even broken in a short time, which will burn the motor.
Preventive measures: 1. Reinforce the anchor bolts frequently; 2. Add anti loosing device; 3. Ensure good contact between the ground and the motor floor, so as to press several anchor bolts evenly.
