In order to work, the vibrating screen must have a vibration source, and the vibrating motor is the vibration source of the vibrating screen. Protecting the vibrating motor is equivalent to extending the service life of the vibrating screen.
Due to the exciting force of the vibrating motor to the vibrating screen, the vibrating screen vibrates, and the vibrating motor vibrates with the vibration of the vibrating screen. Therefore, the foundation bolt of vibration motor usually has the problem of looseness caused by vibration motor. One of the main defects of combustion is the special structure of vibration motor itself. The exciting force generated by the eccentric blocks at both ends impacts the anchor bolt every 2000 times, and then the vibration motor itself will vibrate. Therefore, the anchor bolts are easy to loosen. Once the bolt is loose, other bolts will loose or even break in a short time, thus burning the motor. This problem can be solved by taking necessary preventive measures.
For the problems, we have the following solutions:
1. Check the anchor bolts regularly. If any looseness is found, reinforce it immediately; otherwise, install it again.
2. Add anti loosing device;
3. Ensure good contact between the ground and the vibration floor of the motor, so as to press several anchor bolts evenly.
4. When selecting materials, try to use a vibrating motor integrated with the housing (i.e., the ground is on the housing). Since the ground is only treated once, it can ensure its level. Shell seat is different (i.e., the surface of the foot is covered at both ends), because the ground is separated and treated, and then assembled. Due to assembly errors, it is difficult to ensure the horizontal foot surface. For example, the force of multiple anchor bolts is not easy to be uniform, and the bolt with large force is easy to loosen, which will cause other bolts to loosen, break and burn the motor.
5. Keep the vibration motor and equipment installed as close as possible.
6. Since the vibration of the vibration motor itself will produce elastic deformation, the vibration motor should be tightened every 5 minutes after the motor runs. After tightening several times, no bolt will be loose.   。
