What are the vibration checks for single phase motors before starting?

In order to ensure the normal operation of the single-phase vibration motor, what checks do we need to carry out before starting?

Before starting the single-phase vibration motor, check whether the angle between the adjustable eccentric block and the fixed eccentric block of the two single-phase vibration motors is the same. If not, adjust to the same and tighten the fixing bolts. Try to start and observe whether the two single-phase vibration motors rotate in the opposite direction. If not, switch any two-phase wiring of any single-phase vibrating motor. Please note that there is no abnormal sound when the machine is turned on.

Before the equipment leaves the factory, all parts of the body have been adjusted to the appropriate position during the no-load test run. After the equipment is installed and debugged on site, it should be put into normal production after more than one hour trial operation.
Working principle of single-phase vibration motor: the speed of motor rotor is lower than that of rotating magnetic field. Due to the relative motion between the rotor and the magnetic field, the rotor winding induces electromotive force and current, and interacts with the magnetic field to produce electromagnetic torque to realize energy conversion. Compared with single-phase asynchronous motor, the motor has better operation performance and can save various materials. According to the different rotor structure, three-phase asynchronous motor can be divided into cage type and winding type.
The asynchronous motor with cage rotor has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation, light weight and low price. Sprayer has been widely used, the main disadvantage is that the speed is difficult to adjust. The rotor of wound motor is also provided with three-phase winding like stator, and connected to external rheostat through slip ring and brush. Adjusting the varistor can improve the starting performance and adjust the speed of the motor.

(1) for new or long-term out of service motors, the insulation resistance between windings and ground should be checked before use. Generally, 500V insulation resistance meter is used for motor below 500V; 1000V insulation resistance meter is used for motor with 500-1000v; 2500V insulation resistance meter is used for motor above 1000V. The insulation resistance should not be less than 1m Ω per kilovolt, and should be measured when the motor is cooled.

(2) check whether there are cracks on the surface of the motor, whether the fastening screws and parts are complete, and whether the fixation conditions are good.
(3) check whether the motor drive mechanism works reliably.
(4) according to the data shown on the nameplate, such as voltage, power, frequency, connection, speed, etc., whether they are consistent with the power supply and load.
(5) check whether the ventilation of motor and bearing lubrication are normal.
(6) pull the motor shaft to check whether the rotor can rotate freely and whether there is noise during rotation.
(7) check the motor brush assembly and whether the brush lifting mechanism is flexible and whether the position of the brush lifting handle is correct.
(8) check whether the motor grounding device is reliable.
