In the production of micro bearings, the gap between the shafts is different. The clearance between the bearing and the sliding shaft of the motor must be matched. The clearance is 0.01-0.015mm. Of course, you will feel the axis move left and right during maintenance. In fact, the clearance fit plays an important role.

Generally, the internal structure of micro vibration motor is the same as that of ordinary motor. The main difference is that a set of adjustable eccentric blocks are installed at both ends of the rotor shaft of the micro vibration motor, and the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the shaft and the eccentric block is used to obtain the excitation force.
