Vibration motor is an exciting source which combines power source with vibration source. A set of adjustable eccentric blocks are installed at both ends of rotor shaft, and the exciting force is obtained by centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation of shaft and eccentric block.

working principle:

If the projection of the vibration track of the vibrating body on the horizontal plane and the vertical plane is straight line, its vibration form is called linear vibration. Two vibration motors of the same type are installed on the vibration machine body, so that the two rotating shafts are in parallel position. When the motor turns to the opposite direction, the two motors will inevitably run synchronously, and the body will produce linear vibration.

Use and maintenance:

(1) loosen the fastening screws of the protective cover and remove the protective covers at both ends;

(2) the exciting force is less than mv50-2;

(3) for the vibration motor with excitation force greater than or equal to mv50-2, mv50-4, mv50-6 and mv30-8 (including these four specifications), the external eccentric block is a fixed block, which is fixed on the shaft with key, and cannot rotate. The screw is installed on the external surface of the scale, which is marked with a large screw block, and the internal surface of the motor is provided with an adjustable exciting block. Loosen the compression bolts of the inner eccentric block on both sides, rotate the inner eccentric blocks in the same direction, align the vibration force scale mark on the inner eccentric block with the slot on the outer eccentric block, adjust to the required exciting force, tighten the compression bolt of the inner eccentric block, and install the protective cover;

Note: except for special applications, the positions of eccentric blocks at both ends of the rotating shaft of the vibration motor must be corresponding, and the percentages of the eccentric blocks at both ends must be set equal, otherwise the vibration motor will produce huge stagger excitation force and damage the vibration machinery of the motor.
