One end of the grounding wire of the four core cable is connected with the grounding screw in the junction box, and the other end must be reliably grounded. Small type vibration motor, there is no junction box on the shell, using heavy three core cable directly from the motor internal wiring. The grounding screw is installed near the foot of the motor, which must be grounded reliably.
