Vibration mechanical equipment uses vibration motor as simple, reliable and effective power. The vibration motor can produce different vibration trajectories according to different installation and combination forms on the vibrating body, so as to effectively complete various operations.

working principle:

The vibration of a circular body is called the vibration of an ellipse. The whirl vibration can be divided into three types: horizontal whirl vibration, vortex vibration and complex vortex vibration. When the vibration track of the vibrating body on the vertical plane is a horizontal straight line, its vibration form is called horizontal whirl vibration; when the projection of the vibration track of the vibrating body on the vertical plane is an oblique straight line, its vibration form is called vortex vibration; when the projection of the vibration track of the vibrating body on the vertical plane is a circle or ellipse, its vibration form is called complex vortex vibration. Generally, rotating vibration is produced by vibrating machinery excited by vertical vibration motor, and its vibration form depends on the angle between vibration blocks at both ends of vertical vibration motor. The vibration of two horizontal rotating shafts can be set on both sides of the machine, so that the vibration of the motor can be set at both sides.

Connect the power supply:

Since the outgoing cable of vibration motor is subject to vibration, heavy four core cable shall be selected. Sudden bending is not allowed near the cable outlet. A bending radius of 8-9 times of the cable outer diameter shall be provided, and then the cable shall be fixed to the stationary machine or frame. The distance is about 0.6 to 0.9 meters. Soft insulating material should be padded at the clip of fixed cable to avoid friction damage to the cable. One end of the grounding wire of the four core cable is connected with the grounding screw in the junction box, and the other end must be reliably grounded. Small type vibration motor, there is no junction box on the shell, using heavy three core cable directly from the motor internal wiring. The grounding screw is installed near the foot of the motor, which must be grounded reliably.

2. Because the vibration motor is a strong resistance vibration rather than resonance, it has a stable amplitude.

3. The vibration frequency range is large. The vibration frequency of the electromagnetic vibration exciter is fixed, which is generally equal to the power supply step rate, while the vibration frequency of the vibration motor can be adjusted in a wide range by adjusting the speed, and the vibration frequency and amplitude can be arbitrarily selected according to different paths.

4. Due to the fluctuation of power supply, the electromagnetic vibration exciter will change the exciting force greatly due to the voltage change, but this change is very small in the vibration motor.
