Vibration motor is widely used in hydropower construction, thermal power generation, construction, building materials, chemical industry, mining, coal, metallurgy, light industry and other industrial sectors. Structure and working principle:

According to the different structure and working principle of motor, it can be divided into DC motor, asynchronous motor and synchronous motor.

Synchronous motor can also be divided into permanent magnet synchronous motor, reluctance synchronous motor and hysteresis synchronous motor.

Asynchronous motor can be divided into induction motor and AC commutator motor. Induction motor is divided into three-phase asynchronous motor, single-phase asynchronous motor and shaded pole asynchronous motor. AC commutator motor is divided into single-phase series excitation motor, AC / DC dual-purpose motor and repulsion motor.

According to the structure and working principle, DC motor can be divided into brushless DC motor and brushless DC motor. Brushless DC motor can be divided into permanent magnet DC motor and electromagnetic DC motor. Electromagnetic DC motor is divided into series excited DC motor, shunt excited DC motor, separately excited DC motor and compound excited DC motor. Permanent magnet DC motor is divided into rare earth permanent magnet DC motor, ferrite permanent magnet DC motor and aluminum nickel cobalt permanent magnet DC motor.

Use and maintenance:

(1) loosen the fastening screws of the protective cover and remove the protective covers at both ends;

(2) the exciting force is less than mv50-2;

(3) for the vibration motor with excitation force greater than or equal to mv50-2, mv50-4, mv50-6 and mv30-8 (including these four specifications), the external eccentric block is a fixed block, which is fixed on the shaft with key, and cannot rotate. The inner eccentric block is an adjustable block, and the external surface is equipped with a scale indicating the percentage of large exciting force, and is pressed on the motor shaft with fastening bolts. Loosen the compression bolts of the inner eccentric block on both sides, rotate the inner eccentric blocks in the same direction, align the vibration force scale mark on the inner eccentric block with the slot on the outer eccentric block, adjust to the required exciting force, tighten the compression bolt of the inner eccentric block, and install the protective cover;

Note: except for special applications, the positions of eccentric blocks at both ends of the rotating shaft of the vibration motor must be corresponding, and the percentages of the eccentric blocks at both ends must be set equal, otherwise the vibration motor will produce huge stagger excitation force and damage the vibration machinery of the motor.

Installation adjustment analysis:

Installation and adjustment of explosion proof vibration motor

The explosion-proof vibration motor shall be firmly installed on the vibration machine without loosening. After the initial use, the anchor bolts should be reinforced again.

The rubber sheathed flexible cable (the outer diameter of rubber sleeve is 15mm) for explosion-proof vibration motor is connected with the power supply. The wiring steps are as follows:

a. Clean the outside of the junction box and strip the insulation of the cable part.

b. Remove the outlet gland, cable guide sleeve, sealing ring and terminal box cover.

c. Cover the cable with the outlet gland, cable guide sleeve and sealing ring, and then connect the power core wire and grounding core wire of the cable to the terminal and grounding screw respectively, and pay attention to the exposed part of the wire not exposed outside the bow washer.

d. Install the sealing ring, cable guide sleeve, outlet pressure plate and junction box cover.

e. During disassembly and assembly, the explosion-proof surface shall be protected from damage, and 204-1 antirust oil shall be applied during assembly, and the explosion-proof surface shall be tightly fitted after installation.

The cable shall have a natural suspension between the junction box and the non vibration fixing clip, that is, the cable length between the junction box and the non vibration fixing card shall be 400-700mm longer than the line distance.
